Experiencing the benefits of Pilates firsthand inspired Beth to complete Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Certification at Pinnacle Performance in 2013. She’s since continued to broaden her knowledge in other modalities, completing Oov, CoreAlign, and TRX education. Her approach revolves around helping others explore the possibilities of their own bodies in a fun and creative way. Beth is an avid mountain biker and road cyclist. She also enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding and yoga, and has found that Pilates continues to play an integral role in keeping her body healthy and active.
