Andrea’s passion for movement was stirred at a young age through ballet, gymnastics and the outdoor activities available to her in her home state of New Mexico. In 2013 she moved to the UK and soon after began her comprehensive training through Polestar Pilates in London.

From her own battles with anxiety and depression, she realises the vital importance of not only a healthy body but a healthy mind which is reflected in her approach to movement. She believes that by practicing focussed, intelligent movement and breathing techniques (especially those developed by Joseph Pilates), positive and transformational change can occur. Expect a session to be a challenge for the brain, nourishing for the body and uplifting for the soul.
